Latest Progress Update – Wrapped and Ready for Cladding!
October 2026
Our Prebbleton Show Home is really starting to take shape!
The framing has now been fully wrapped, and we’re getting close to another exciting milestone, with the exterior cladding next on the schedule.
At Limelite Construction, we believe the quality of a home starts with what you don’t always see. For our new Show Home, we’ve chosen the FPS Weathertight Wrap System from Frame Protection System, a high-performance building wrap designed to provide enhanced protection for the structure during construction and beyond.
Unlike traditional building paper, the FPS Weathertight system is designed to provide waterproofing, airtightness and vapour-open performance, helping protect the framing from moisture while allowing the building to dry effectively.
It’s also CodeMark certified and tested for New Zealand conditions. These are the kinds of details that matter to us. While the finished look of a home is important, the quality of what’s behind the walls is just as essential.
With the wrap now complete, we’re looking forward to seeing the exterior transform as the cladding goes on.
Stay tuned – there’s plenty more to come!
